About Us
A Brief History
My family moved to Las Vegas in 1975 when my father was stationed at Nellis AFB. After many years of moving with military life we finally settled in Las Vegas when my father retired. I attended Rancho HIgh School and graduated from UNLV with a Bachelor of Science degree. After graduating, I had a career as a Toxicologist for 18 years before I started in the Real Estate business. Being in Real Estate and Property Management has really given me a new-found appreciation for the Las Vegas valley and after 43 years of living here I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
A Realtor is born
In 2007 I decided to make Real Estate a career and joined Century 21. I worked with buyers and sellers to help navigate them through the tough market after the housing bubble burst.
Property Management
I started working in property management in 2012 managing and growing a large book of business for the broker of over 200 properties. I found that I enjoyed working with owners and helping them grow their investments tenants and decided to concentrate in this area.
Desert Wave
After 11 years in Real Estate and Property Management I decided to become a broker and start my own brokerage. I wanted a place where I could provide excellent care and service to my owners, tenants, properties and vendors.
