  • Payment of HOA dues, tenant registration, and handling of HOA violations including curing of violations and or answering to complaints per HOA guidelines.
Inspections

  • Monthly Drive by inspections with picture sent to owner via email once a month.
  • Conduct 6 month inspection to check filters, smoke detector batteries, plumbing and any tenant issues.
